Challenge

  • One of the largest transport companies in Macedonia was facing a problem during operation because it included two companies with the same ownership and headquarters in two different countries, and thus two different ways of organizing, recording, and analyzing the activities during process management, but also using other carriers (intermediaries) for own needs.

Solution

  • A system of integration of two SWIFT software solutions into one, which enabled rational and simultaneous management of two different companies in terms of structure and way of working, with shared resources. Visibility from one place and allocation according to the availability of resources from both organizations.

Dispatchers can track transport orders in both companies at the same time.
The logistics team can quickly redistribute loads between vehicles in both companies, or other companies involved in organized transport.
Accurate records of all costs from the realized transports, including the costs paid through other providers.
The managers have a complete picture of the activities in both companies, both for the vehicle fleet, the drivers, and for the administrative employees of the company.
